[Kansas City.com] Chiefs coach Dick Vermeil broke the latest injury news early Tuesday: tight end Tony Gonzalez has a broken pinky finger. With two fingers taped together and a bandage that resembled an oven mitt, he was back on the practice field Tuesday afternoon.
“This is the NFL,” Gonzalez said. “If you can’t play with pain, then this isn’t the game for you.”
