[KC Chiefs.com] Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Tuesday that the club has agreed to terms of a one-year contract with free agent QB Jonathan Quinn. As per Chiefs policy, no further terms of the agreement were disclosed.

Quinn has appeared in 17 career games (six starts) over the past seven seasons with Jacksonville, Kansas City and Chicago. Quinn returns to the Chiefs after a one-year stint with the Bears in which he appeared in five games (three starts), completing 51 of 98 passes for 413 yards with one TD and three INTs. He also rushed for 35 yards on three carries. Quinn spent two seasons with Kansas City (2002-03), but was listed as the third QB for all 32 regular season contests and one postseason game during that timeframe.
