[Topeka Capital-Journal] Trent Green says that in a regular-season game he would have continued playing on the leg that began developing numbness this past week, as well as during pre-game warmups Saturday night.
“There’s no explanation for it. There’s just some tightness in there,” Green said. “It’s just kind of there, and it was noticeable during warmups. It didn’t get worse, and it didn’t get better. Things will start to count here in two weeks, so there was a mutual decision made not to push things.”
