[Kansas City.com] He just couldn’t stay away from the Raiders.
Fullback Tony Richardson, whose status looked iffy earlier in the week, returned to practice Friday and said he’ll play Sunday at Oakland.
Richardson injured his knee and ankle in last weekend’s Jets game and wore a brace on his knee Friday.
“I feel great,” Richardson said. “The thing about it is my faith and my beliefs are a lot different than most. If you would’ve asked me Monday, I would’ve said no, I don’t think I could do it.”
“I was telling a couple of teammates today that you have to look forward to opportunities. You never know when the game is over. I mean, say for instance I only play two more years after this year. I’d only see the Raiders six more times. It’s always been a game you really look forward to playing.”
