[Kansas City.com] Head coach Dick Vermeil said defensive tackle John Browning, who on Friday worked out for the first time this week, would be a game-time decision. Vermeil ruled out defensive back Dexter McCleon from playing Sunday’s game. Wide receiver Samie Parker and defensive tackle Ryan Sims also will not play.
The Chargers added wide receiver Reche Caldwell to their injury report. Two significant San Diego starters, linebacker Steve Foley and center Nick Hardwick, didn’t practice all week, decreasing their chances of playing Sunday.
