[Topeka Capital-Journal] Former long-time Chiefs defensive end Neil Smith and short-time quarterback Warren Moon joined the late Reggie White and Troy Aikman as first-time candidates eligible for induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Former Chiefs still on the list for consideration are linebacker Derrick Thomas, a finalist last year; defensive tackle Curley Culp; cornerback Albert Lewis and kicker Nick Lowery.
