[Kansas City.com] Ten-time Pro Bowler Willie Roaf won’t play in Houston on Sunday because of a hamstring pull that has bothered him most of the season.
But wide receiver Samie Parker (knee) and defensive end Carlos Hall (thigh) did practice Friday and are expected to play this weekend, coach Dick Vermeil said. Parker, who’s been out for a month, could boost the struggling receiving corps.
His return means the Chiefs probably will deactivate either Marc Boerigter or Chris Horn.
“Samie Parker has had a very good week,” Vermeil said. “It’s nice to have him back. There’s nothing like having a little speed out there.”
