[Topeka Capital-Journal] The Chiefs welcomed 10-time Pro Bowl tackle Willie Roaf back to practice Wednesday. Roaf, who has missed six of 10 games after injuring his hamstring on the second series of the season opener, is listed as questionable even though he expects to play.
But the Chiefs likely will be without starting left corner Patrick Surtain, who could not practice Wednesday on his sprained ankle. Surtain is officially considered only questionable.
Also not practicing Wednesday were reserve safety Jerome Woods, who has been ruled out with a hamstring injury; reserve halfback/fullback Ronnie Cruz, doubtful with a knee injury; and reserve LB Kris Griffin, doubtful with a hamstring injury.
