[Atlanta Journal-Constitution] Chiefs cornerback Alphonso Hodge was robbed at gunpoint inside an Atlanta Waffle House earlier this month, losing expensive jewelry, thousands in cash, and a $90,000 silver Hummer, Atlanta police said.

Hodge told police that when he sat down to eat at a the restaurant at 1701 Northside Drive about 4:45 a.m. on March 6, a man pulled out a .38-caliber revolver and told the National Football League player to “give it up or they would shoot him,” according to the police report.

Hodge told police he had seen the man minutes earlier when the suspect, along with two other men, left the restaurant with a take-out order as he was coming in.

The men took $8,500 in cash, two diamond earrings valued at $6000, a $20,000 bracelet, a $6,000 watch and $450 dollar sunglasses along with the SUV.
