[The Oxford Press] Police have caught the man who allegedly held up Chiefs cornerback Alphonso Hodge at gunpoint inside a Waffle House in Atlanta last week, and his agent said Tuesday that police have returned the stolen goods.
The man and two companions took Hodge’s silver 2004 Hummer2, $8,500 in cash, diamond earrings worth $12,000, a $6,000 Aqua Master watch, a $20,000 bracelet, and a $90 pair of Nike tennis shoes, according to the police report.
Hodge’s agent, Ken Harris, said Wednesday that police found Hodge’s Hummer2, worth about $90,000, and the man driving it was wearing Hodge’s jewelry.
Atlanta police have not released the name of the man or men arrested.
