[Cincinnati Enquirer] Kansas City running back Larry Johnson is attempting to rush for 100 yards in his 10th consecutive game today. He has nine in a row, a number he shares for third all-time with Walter Payton (1985, Bears), Fred Taylor (2000, Jaguars) and Deuce McAllister (2003, Saints).

The most 100-yard rushing games in a row is 14 by the Lions’ Barry Sanders in 1997. The L.A. Raiders’ Marcus Allen had 11 in a row in 1985-86.
