[KC Chiefs.com] Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Wednesday that the club has agreed to terms of a two-year contract with CB Michael Bragg and added T Pete Lougheed to the practice squad. As per Chiefs policy, no other terms of the agreement were made available.
Bragg spent the first four games of the 2006 season on the Chiefs practice squad after originally signing with the club on February 21st. He initially entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with the N.Y. Giants in 2005.
Lougheed joins the Chiefs after attending training camp with Cincinnati this season. He originally entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with Chicago in 2003. He spent the first 15 weeks of the 2004 season on the Bengals practice squad before being promoted to the 53-man roster for the final game that season. Lougheed was also on Cincinnati’s practice squad in 2005.
