Sure you might find someone that fits, however the player takes up cap space, a roster spot,etc... An organizations needs to do more to seek players out that are NFL caliber! And not just roll the dice! The key free agents have snubbed the Chiefs to the point where Herm Edwards was crying foul! And calling for investigations!! What a joke! The simple fact is nobody that is quality wants to play for the Chiefs! Plain and simple! A case in point is Jared Allen! And the good players we do have are locked into contracts and can't get out! That is why they are playing in K.C. Until there is a regime change the scenario will not change!
