Can’t help but notice the Herm lovers aren’t still voicing their opinion. I just bought a new Chiefs hat on ebay and luckily enough it was the only one discounted by the seller who had an NFL store. Nows the time to load up on your Chiefs garb so that when we finally get rid of Herm and Carl you’ll have saved a ton of cash.

Herm gets fired 12/21 after Miami sacks 4th QB Ingle Martin a 7th time, injures him, and Marques Hagans runs 3 straight options for -17 yards.

Carl is fired 10 minutes later.

First win: Sunday, 2009 (after T-Gonz has been traded to Denver for two high draft picks which are promptly used to draft a kicker and another RB)

Seriously, I can’t even watch the sports report anymore. My chriopractor thought my rotator cuff injury was from me throwing so much stuff at the TV when Herm comes on!

Hey JD reading your breakdown is actually more exciting then watching the Chiefs play. Good job!!! I can’t wait till Herm and CP are gone! No matter what I will remain a Chief until I’m gone. I just hope that we don’t have to endure this crap for too long.

Chiefs first win: I was going to say 10/19/08 vs Titans since we are coming off our bye week, but then I saw Tennessee was coming off their bye week as well. I must be going crazy, but I’ll say 10/26/08 @ NYJ.

Final record: 2-14.

Herm gets fired: After our 6th game of the 2009 season when we are sitting at 1-5.

Carl gets fired: I hope Carl realizes the only way to keep his job is to fire Herm, which like I said would be 6 games into 2009. Hopefully Clark Hunt will have some kind of enlightening, achieve Nirvana, drug hallucination, visit from his financial advisors…just anything to finally realize he needs to fire Carl. I think this happens midway through the 2009 season. If he doesn’t get fired, I think he resigns AFTER the 2009 debacle (season) under tons of pressure from the fans and media.

JD, I enjoy your, what I like to call, “Herm Terms”, such as Hermcuffs, Hermpire, etc. This season I began using another one. I don’t know if you’ve ever used it but it has amazing versatility! Some samples of my comments during Sunday’s game:
“We just got Hermf’d.”
“This game is a Hermf…”
“There’s a lot of Hermf’ing going on today.”
“Our playcalling is Hermf’ingly terrible.”

My loudest moment of the game occurred after the Birds punted to our 7-yards line late in the 4th quarter. During the commercial I said, ‘hmmm, we haven’t had a pick 6 against us this season.’ Clockwork.

as bad as this sounds…….i cant wait for your commentary after the bronco’s game. see what dog and pony show herm suprises us with this week.
i think we (the fans)need a well deserved break from worring about the chiefs, lets have some fun and take our mind off our problems and think of happier times. lets all guess what the exact date that herm gets fired. also the exact date that the chiefs get their first win, and the final record for the season. oh and i cant forget carls termination date. this should put a smile on everyones faces!!!

mine are:
Herm fired 12-8-08 (the day after my birthday) ***hope, pray, hope, pray. and also an early christmas present.

their first win: sorry guys but it dont look like it will happen this year by looking at the schedule.

final record: 0-16

carl’s termination date: carl wont get terminated, he will just slither off into the sunset after this year.

there you have it, my predictions!!

JD, great stuff. Only thing that would make it better would be sound bites! If you could do that we could take this show on the road!! lol

Whether they think Herm is brave or not, I’m sure they are thankful for the extra bye week they get playing this years team.
