[KC Chiefs.com] Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Wednesday that the club has agreed to terms of a one-year contract with LB Rocky Boiman. No other terms of the agreement were made available.
Boiman originally entered the NFL as a fourth-round draft pick of Tennessee in 2002 where he saw action in 54 games.

At least this guy is a Gun homerism as opposed to the usual Herm (former Jet) homer.

Is this to help on kick coverage or do we really lack the confidence in the ONLY off-season pick up?

Is he playing outside LB or middle. If he plays Outside then Donnie will be moving to Middle.

CORDINATOR THAT WOULD CHANGE THE ETERNAL CHIEFS FRANCHISE TO NOT ONLY BE FEARED,,,BUT BE CONSIDERED A TRUE THREAT ON ANYDAY AND ON ANYPLAY,,,,AND GO AFTER THAT SUPERBOWL AND WINNING WAYS THAT WOULD MAKE LAMAR HUNT PROUD,,,INSTEAD OF DISGRACED,,,MANAGEMENT,,,LEADERSHIP,,AND COACHES ARE TRULY THE PROBLEM HERE,,,NOT THE PLAYERS OR TALENT WE ALREADY POSSESS!!!

Dennis,
We already have good offensive lineman but Herm refuses to play them together. The starting five should be Herb Taylor at LT, BW at LG, Rudy Niswanger at C, Brandon Albert at RG, and Barry Richardson at RT. They may not be good until the end of the season but it will show a little promise going into the off season. ALL but Brian Waters will be there for a while and eventually Brandon Albert would move to LG when Waters retires. The way I look at is Barry Richardson couldn’t be any worse than Damion McIntosh. That guy is a disgrace and he is really making the number “77″ (Willie Roafs old number) look bad. Barry Richardson is a rookie and I’m pretty sure he will get better with experience. I dont know why Adrian Jones is in there either. The whole right side of the line is terrible and we have the players to replace them but he is so stuck on Brandon Albert being a LT that he would rather get the QBs killed and let the RBs keep getting stuffed in the backfield rather than to moving the O-line around to make the offense stronger. I look at it two ways. Either he is doing everything he can to get the first pick in next years draft or he just flat out cant coach. I’m pretty sure the majority would agree with my second guess.

How good can a player signed in week 6 be? It means he isn’t good enough to make the practice squad with his old team.
