[KC Chiefs.com] Chiefs President Carl Peterson announced on Wednesday that the club has added RB Omar Cuff to its practice squad.

Cuff originally entered the NFL as a rookie free agent with Tennessee in 2008. He attended training camp with the Titans, but was released prior to the start of the regular season. Cuff spent the first week of the 2008 regular season on Cleveland’s practice squad.

    1. this guy played with flacco at delaware and was a first team all american in the Division I double A. should provide good looks for our defense at practice.

    2. And the signings just keep on coming. I wish we would sign all the players we draft that easy.

    3. J-Rock, what did you expect? For us to sit on our collective asses and sign noone?? Who cares who it is. Some of you fans have no idea what’s actually out there in free agency and if you are willing to pay that kinda money for a nobody then you’re crazy. You might as well sign the guys you’ve never heard of or seen play before. I think some neat stories can develop from things like this. Sorry, but most of you have to high of expectations, pick another team or shut up cause its obvious you don’t know a thing.

    5. Marques is right dennis. this is the first time i’ve posted on this site. it has finally got to me. all of you who continually complain, who are we supposed to sign? who would you prefer that they pick out of free agency? would you have preferred that we got culpepper instead of a couple of nobodys? from here on out, if we continue on this injury streak, we will not be signing all stars to replace them. that is how the nfl works. that is how the nfl has worked. we can either sign nobodys at little cost and hope for a good thing to form out of it, or we can spend lots of money for discarded players and hope for the best. i disagree with herms coaching philosophies and thought process just as much as the next guy, but quit regurgitating the same criticisms every week. time for me to head to the bar because the game isnt on tv.
      Go Chiefs
