Got Pioli, so know we need Shanahan or the Cardinals Off Co-ordinator. I myself would prefer Shanahan and get a good Defensive Coordinator. He (Shanahan) can get that offensive line going and start running and passing the ball. Shanahan knows how to win, Eventhough I hated him and the Ponies. He can bring that winning attitude to KC. Also, he has an ax to grind against Denver & Oakland.

We saw a mess last year because Herm (despite his bluster) doesn’t know what he is doing. He has no vision and no way to ensure players and coaches are on the same page and going in the same direction. He chose to be their buddy and not their boss and it failed.

What we saw last year was a lot of raw talent being wasted. Whoever leads this team will need to have success right away. I’m talking preseason as well. Our players need to taste success and build on it consistently in order to remove the taste of losing for the last two years.
