Chiefs Sign RFA Jeff Webb

[KC Chiefs.com] The Chiefs announced on Monday that WR Jeff Webb has signed his restricted free agent tender.
Webb has played in 31 games during his three-year career with Kansas City. He has caught 36 passes for 382 yards with one TD and one rush for five yards.

I personally would have rather had Franklin, than Webb,(on strictly talent issues) however, I think Franklin had some locker room issues.

What are you saying? I thought we still have Franklin. I never heard that we let him go.

Yeah man we released Franklin last week. I think Detroit picked him up if I’m not mistaken.

Detroit was first on the waiver list and I think they picked up Franklin.

The Lions claimed wide receiver Will Franklin off waivers on Tuesday. The Rams, Eagles, Colts, and Raiders also claimed him, but the Lions ultimately get to sign him since their record was obviously the worst of all teams in the NFL last season.

who cares about franklin and webb we need a real threat at wide reciever to compliment D. Bowe!!! S**t get old marvin harrison!! he still wants to play!!
