[KC Chiefs.com] The Chiefs announced several changes and retentions in the club’s Player Personnel Department on Friday.
Phil Emery has been named the Director of College Scouting. Jim Nagy joins the club as a regional scout, while Jay Muraco and Pat Sperduto have been added to the Chiefs personnel staff as area scouts. In addition, Rod Perry has been promoted to the post of area scout.
The Chiefs also announced that Ray Farmer has been retained as the club’s Director of Pro Personnel. Willie Davis and Terry Delp have been retained by Kansas City in their roles as area scouts, as well.

I told you guys he just wanted his own guys. 2 of them were on the Patriots.
The old scouts stayed b/c they had been working on scouting for the draft class the whole year so if he would have fired them when he got there we would have been limited on information.
