[Chiefs Blog] In yet another sign the Chiefs are searching for help at wide receiver, they signed veteran Ashley Lelie and he was at practice this morning.
Lelie has played in 107 games during his seven-year NFL career. He has caught 217 passes for 3,749 yards and 15 touchdowns. He has seen action with Denver, Atlanta, San Francisco and Oakland.
What does this mean for Dwayne Bowe? Is he still the starter for Game 1 ???

Bowe is the starter. I think Haley made his point by demoting him prior to the Texans game. If Bowe catches the ball, he’s the man. Hopefully Lelie can step up in the #2 slot.
