[Kansas City.com] Chiefs coach Todd Haley stopped short Friday of a ruling on quarterback Matt Cassel, saying after the team’s practice that he still couldn’t guarantee Cassel’s sprained left knee is healthy enough for a game-day load.
Haley said he would make a decision on Cassel’s availability Sunday morning.
That’s the safest,” Haley said.”This will be a deal where we will have to make sure they’re good to go.”

I hope he gets to play, but only if he is ready. No need to rush him back and make things worse. We need revenge for last years loss in KC to these guys. I think it was smart to leave him out last week.
It appears they’ve turned off the logon requirement here. I hope we can keep it PG on this site. No need to attack people.
After leaving KC 26 years ago, I am finally going to get to see the Chiefs play. I got tickets to the Redskins game in October. I’m very excited about that. I haven’t seen them play since a Cleveland game in KC back in 1988 or 1989.

sounds good, i think they will sit him this week due to the presure they saw seymore & ellis putting on p.rivers last monday night.
it sure would be nice to see some of that big time salary back on the field, but when i saw him go down against the seahawks it scared the crap outta me, not gonna lie.
then i saw brodie play pretty impressively against one of the best D’s in the NFL, and if Haley is a man of his word he’s going to put the player who gives the team the best chance to win
which this week might be a healthier croyle, even though i’m still not convinced b.croyle is a franchise guy like herm and queen carl projected him.

Hey Jeff. Will you be tailgating at the Redskin game. I am also “Jeff” from Virginia and I am planning on attending as well.
