I am really embarased at what Herm Edwards did to this tem. Now Haley has to rebuild (yes that dreaded word rebuild) the screw up that Edwards did. GIVING Jarred Allen away, tearing down and buildingup with rookies, and letting the ments go to other teams. Thank God for Pioli and Haley, at least they bring mentors in. Vrabel seemed upst at the play, but then again I would be too. Haley needs to get a OC before he gets runout. I hope that does not happen. I expect a long day for the Chiefs this weekend and this season..when is the draft, and who is the supposed number 1 over all???? know we will give that to another team and get a number one down the board, a 2nd a third for the number one over all.

This sucks! I loved Thiggy and was never given a chance since the Cassel deal… I hope they know what they’re doing, because in 2 games he will be starting for the Dolphins and I’m sure he’ll be great!

Thigs may be the next Rich Gannon. Showed the most important non-measurable intangible last year, leadership!
I suspect that did not go unnoticed by knowledgable football men like Bill Parcells. Doubt we got much more than a 4th but still that’s where where Jared Allen was drafted IIRC. I am happy for Thigs. I think he can be a starter and a winner in the league in the right situation.

It’s not going to be a 3rd rounder for the 3rd string QB on one of the worst teams in football. Give these guys a couple years to get all the pieces in place.

I have a hard time believing we got anything better than a 5th rounder for Thiggy. After all, he was our 3rd QB. It may be we just get the undisclosed pick back that we traded for Alleman and Ndukwe.

Bringing in Cassel at least gives us a chance to win b/c he’ll always have the ball in his hand, unless injured. Getting a big name DT would have been nice but what has Haynesworth really been doing this year to get all that money? I do believe in 2 different games this year he has left with injuries, he came back both times but how can you put that much faith in the investment?

The spread was putting some points up, but our defense wasn’t good enough to stop teams and keep our offense on the field. Therefore, the time of possession for our offense was down cuz all we did was pass and then the defense was on the field entirely too much, rarely stopping teams from running clock. That and our run game was pitiful b/c of the spread last year. There’s a lot of different factors.

I liked Thigpen with Dwane Bowe, Tony G., and Mark Bradley. We may have won some more games and spend our money on A. Haynesworth instead of Cassel. Thigpen always moved the chains. the spread started to put up points at the end of last year.

I pray we get more than a 4th rounder for the guy. Pioli is the man at drafting diamonds in the rough out of the 3rd round.

I hope we got something good for Thigpen. He was one of the only bright spots on last years team. I thought he played well considering our weak O-line. Well, hopefully Cassel will stay healthy!?!
