[Chiefs Blog] The Chiefs have suspended running back Larry Johnson for two weeks, effectively immediately. The punishment is for conduct detrimental to the team.

Johnson is forbidden to be at team headquarters or participate in team activities before Nov. 9, the day after the Chiefs play at Jacksonville.

Johnson will forfeit his game checks for the next two weeks, which will cost the 29-year-old back about $660,000 total.
