If he is only good with a great O-line, and in my opinion he would still be just average, then dump him. I don’t care what precedence it sets. I just beg that Coach Haley will bench his racial butt and not play him any more. Give me Charles and Savage or anybody before this bum, and then to hear he may be in the Chiefs record books, no way. You know I was an LJ supporter and I do agree with if it was not for the O-Line LJ would be running all over the field. But enough is enough its time for LJ to grow up and its time for the CHIEFS to cut there losses and trade or cut him tobe honest I think they should cut him but not because of a record but because he’s a child in a mans body. Maybe LJ was right when he said his time in KC was over.

Trade him or sit him, I don’t care if this guy rots at the end of the bench. The one thing I do know is that he does not deserve Priest’s record. Priest was one classy son of a gun.I would hate to see a piece of trash like Johnson hold that record for the Chiefs. What a shame!!!!

It’s the line. LJ was only successful when he had amazing blocking or a million carries in a season. His average is not completely his fault. He’d be really good on a good blocking team. Not that Braylon Edwards is a rb b/c of course he’s a wr but he went to the Jets after being ineffective in Cleveland…and now he’s pretty good again.

Although I say LJ is “worthless”, who wouldn’t be worthless behind a “worthless” offensive line. Doesn’t Matt Cassel lead the league in getting sacked? Barry Sanders in his prime couldn’t run anywhere with this line.
