[Chiefs Blog] The Chiefs said today they need to sell 5,500 remaining tickets for Sunday’s game against the Cleveland Browns by noon Thursday, or the club’s streak of 156 consecutive sellouts will end, the final regular-season home game of the season will be blacked out within a 75-mile radius of Kansas City, including Topeka and sports bars with satellites.
Last week, the Chiefs received a 24-hour extension from the league until Friday to sell the remaining tickets. But with 5,500 left this week, an extension is unlikely.

Let them black it out! It’s not like we’ll be missing anything.

I didn’t even see a half full Arrowhead last week. This is ugly.

hey Mike guess what!? Even though you have Sunday Ticket the game will still not be on tv if it is blacked out.

Do you really WANT to go to this game? I mean seriously this has all the makings of one of the worst games of the decade. Doing ANYTHING would be better than watching this crap!

Actually yeah I would like to go if I had the money to buy the tickets. It would just be nice to go to a game since I’ve only been to one and that was in the mid 90′s.

Going to the game is a blast, It’s just frustrating paying a premium ticket price for a sub par team.
