[Chiefs Blog] The Chiefs today released wide receiver Devard Darling and running back Dantrell Savage.

Darling missed all of last season, tearing the ACL in his left knee against Seattle this preseason. Darling was listed as a starter on the Chiefs depth chart at the time. Savage battled nagging injuries throughout 2009 and was placed on injured reserve December 19th with an ankle injury.

    1. The fact that Darling was listed as a starter during training camp last year makes me puke! Even if is was to motivate no show Bowe that is a complete joke! This is a need that MUST be adressed this offseason…..Who do we need to keep an eye on?
