[Chiefs Blog] Safety Jarrad Page and center Rudy Niswanger, both restricted free agents, received their contract tender offers from the Chiefs today. Each was offered a one-year contract worth $1.759 million.
Both players, if they desire, can sign a contract offer with another team. If they do, the Chiefs have the right to match. If the Chiefs decline, they would be entitled to a second-round draft pick in each case.
