[Arrowhead Pride] Chiefs General Manager Scott Pioli was on 610 Sports this morning where he mentioned that free agent running back Thomas Jones was still in Kansas City.
Previous reports indicated that he would be coming to town on Monday so, if that’s the case, Jones has been there for more than a day.
And if that is indeed the case, it could be a good sign for Kansas City. Why else would he stay in town unless both sides were interested in getting a deal done?
The Chiefs are also reportedly hosting former Raiders RB Justin Fargas this evening.

I THINK WITH CHAMBERS AND JONES W/ A LITTLE BIT OF HELP FROM TRADING AND DRAFT WE COULD GO SOMEWHERE OVER 7 GAMES WON ? STRONG RECEIVER CORE AND STRONG RUNNING GAME = 1 TE AND OL COULD BE GOOD HAVE DOUBTS ON CARR STILL LETS TO MANY BIG PLAYS HAPPEN

Well lets hope he signed and he just wasnt staying another day to take in some BBQ until his next destination..
However if he did sign KC running game will be legit..If Haley choses to utilize it..KC has the potential to go 8-8..Their schedule is the easiest they have seen in a few years..I personally cant wait till they come to my home in Cleveland and beat down the Brownies..Resigning Chambers was a must and it will open our Offense, def if we have Charles and Jones..
On a side note Cleveland fans here in my neck of the woods are going crazy over the signing of Seneca Wallace..I kid you not they believe they are going to run the best Wildcat the NFL has ever seen with Wallace, Cribbs and Harris..haha..C+C+C averages to a C not a A+..

We got him! I like the move, but we need a better O-Line to help him out.
