Yes we need help on defense. Keep in mind that a good offense makes a defense better by keeping them off the field. With that said, I don’t really care who we pick at 5. We can’t go wrong with Berry or any of the top 5 OTs. I think we’re in a great spot this year. Offense has been getting all the love in free agency, defense should get all the love in the draft.

Does anyone feel like we need defense more than offense? Everyone keeps talking about offensive line! The defense sucks and they need some playmakers. They will not take offensive line in the first or second round!! They will go defense.

Yeah really guys/girls who cares if someone does not spell something correct..Im sure you got the point of what he was trying to say..

Any word if they are going to resign Mike Brown? He played one of his best seasons with us last year..I think he deserves some security.

If KC drafts Berry you can probably kiss Page’s but goodbye..I think McGraw is an excellent backup, him and Dejaun Morgan are great ST players every game.

If KC doesnt doesnt have the option for Okung or Berry they will move out of their draft spot and pick up another 2nd round pick…Then draft a Olineman later in the 1st round.

This is a make or break year for Dorsey, so much so that if he doesnt produce I dont think we will get anything of real value for him as we would right now..So Pioli has some thinking to do..Jackson still has another year left of his value in my opinion.

Samething goes for Cassel he has been given the tools this offseason to show us what hes made of. The Oline signings (Wiegmann and Lilja) should help greatly..Thomas Jones will help open up our offense. I think right now with Bowe and Chambers he shouuld have enough targets, although I think getting another proven WR for the slot wouldnt hurt..I say if he chokes and just doesnt get it done this season KC will draft a QB next year. They may not get rid of Cassel but will atleast have a backup plan.

I like Jarred Page and I liked B. Pollard. Whats up with page? is he healthy?

We need to hope Glen Dorsey matures this year and Tyson Jackson. They are also being paid well. If it was not for Tamba we would have no pass rush.

After “wow” there should be a comma which of course you happen to miss or maybe had no idea when and where to put one at. Then when you use “familiar”, in quotations its not required to be capitalized. Only nouns are would be required for capitalization. Also you refered it to a question at the end of your sentence structure which referes to that you are questioning yourself whether or not this is a feasable solution for your comment.

Before you comment and make your self look like fools, learn the language also. I do believe you all are Americans and English is a first language for you.

This is a great signing! But they are not gonna trade dorsey to the rams. They will take berry at #5. Then they should go NT cody with the first 2nd round pick. Then take Brandon Spikes with the other. I don’t care how bad he ran the 40, the man can play. I’m tired of our defense being so bad. U get a d-lineman, linebacker, and secondary player. And they would all start. If they take o-lineman he won’t start because they have there starters now.

He was signed by the Chiefs in 2004 under Dick Vermiel and put on the practice squad and then cut.

Ideally, if the Rams things goes we can draft Berry at 5thg, then, with the second round pick from Rams either NT or OT according who’s left and who’s top the board, so the KC second can go NT or OT and the other second from ATL, a LB. I’d like to go for Maimi U TE in the 3rd or 4th (dunno his draft status now) Jimmy Graham : still raw but can be the beast TG was for us.

KC will take Eric Berry..The signing of Wiegman and Lilja almost screams Eric Berry…They then will go for Oline with one of their 2nd round picks..

In stated above about Carriker for Dorsey I would be alright with that…

KC draft will look like this

In an NFL.com story about Berry injuring his toe in a pro day work out, it mentions that Crennell had dinner with DT Dan Williams (14th on Kiper’s Big Board). This is interesting. There are many ways to read into this.

You may be right James. Eric Berry may perhaps be the next Troy P. If he is that kinda guy I sure hope we end up with him at # 5 then. But….. O line O line O line. Everyone know we need it. We better get that too. Is Eric Berry and a few good O linemen too much too ask for? I sure hope not.

I agree. with that no. 5 pick they really cant go wrong: Berry, Okung, Suh, Beluga, McClain, or Haden would all be great picks. The first round is so overhyped anyway. First rounders rarely live up to their expecations, unless they are o lineman. I am more curious in the two second round picks and the third round pick. I think the second round is going to be very interesting. I hope they go after both Jerry Hughes (OLB/DE) and if the next pick in the second round should be an o lineman if the didnt address that need in the first round, or if they picked up a tackle in the first round, they should go after gilyard (WR) with that other pick.

Wow! Bucky Brooks on nfl.com has a new mock draft and he has us passing on Suh and taking Bulaga. If Suh slips to us, I think we have to take him, make a trade for Dorsey and get a tackle later. No matter what happens we are in a good spot this year. Any of those top players are going to make me happy.
