Three Chiefs Sign Tender Offers

[KC Chiefs.com] Offensive linemen Rudy Niswanger and Ryan O’Callaghan and quarterback Brodie Croyle, all restricted free agents, signed their one-year contract offers with the Chiefs.

All will be paid $1.759 million in 2010.

Safety Jarrad Page and linebacker Corey Mays are the Chiefs remaining restricted free agents. Both have one-year contract offers worth the same $1.759 million on the table.

Previously, the Chiefs signed their two other restricted free agents, linebacker Derrick Johnson and offensive lineman Ikechuku Ndukwe.

    1. Wouldn’t of really cared whether or not Croyle resigned with the Chiefs but the others signings are good.

    3. Hopefully O’Callaghan can be our right tackle and Albert can be our LT so that we can draft Berry and the O and D can be improved for now and the future

    5. I don’t know why everyone’s so down on Croyle? I really feel he was coming around and had made huge improvements, thought he took some big hits against the Ravens and got right back up. Injuries are part of the game and sometimes it happens when you least expect it. He played well against the Ravens and every time he was asked to step in I thought he did as well if not better than Cassel. Would’ve like to have seen what he could’ve done with a much improved O. Line. IMO I think he would have served us better in the second half, his accuracy and reads was what you would want to see from your starting QB.
