I agree with Wally! It's been long time coming since I felt ill free after a draft. Could we have done better? maybe... But when we have so many holes to feel and so many picks I think you have to take the best players available, especially if there is a potential for a play maker in the bunch. I've been a big 12 fan for a long time, in particularly Oklahoma State & Oklahoma and IMO didn't think Okung and Williams would've been the answer to our offensive line, don't take me wrong they are good players but everyone in the NFL is good as well. IMO they may have been a tad of an upgrade from what we have, in any case we were best serve going in a direction of selecting fast play making, game changing players! I would've like us to gone after Mount McCoy but maybe we'll pick a NT up on free agency or a possible trade. Was very disappointed that Raiders got OT from Maryland I think he was still on the board also when took Tony Moeaki.

McCluster is gonna wind up being an awesome pick I think. He really can do everything. Mississippi doesn't even list him as having a position, he's listed as Athlete. That's pretty bad ass.

I give them a B. I believe we wasted a pick moving up for the TE. I think he would have been there 9 picks later. I would've liked to have gotten some help on the lines, but we got some good players (I like McClusters). But, what do I know, Im not a NFL GM, I just play fantasy football.

I agree Wally. We did did good with the picks that we had. The only one I questioned was McCluster because I thought we could have taken Terrence Cody to solidify the D-Line, but McCluster will help us in many many ways. So I am overall satisfied. McCluster is a multitool returner/runningback/slot receiver.

I just have to say that this is the first draft in many years that I have been completely satisfied with. There may have been the occasional surprise, but this is the first time I can remember where I wasn’t opposed to ANY of our picks. Bottom line– Pioli wants to build a team that can actually win games. All of our picks are great players that were picked specifically to toughen up our notorious weaknesses. If this franchise keeps going in the same direction, I think that within 2 or 3 seasons our beloved Chiefs will once again be a team respected if not feared. I’m stoked for this season to start!
