Kennison had speed even late into his career. In K.C. He became a great all around receiver not just a deep threat. Vermeil loved him and he was fortunate to play in a vermeil offense with Trent Green at the Helm, along with Priest, Tony Gonzalez, and that O-line. His best moment as a Chief was the game winning overtime grab to beat the Green Bay Packers in Lambeau field. I also loved that he jacked the Broncos and came to K.C. instead. Eddie was a great Chief and a key member of a great Dick Vermeil Offense.

Derrick Thomas and Eddie Kennison were and are the two best and most passionate Chiefs there has ever been!!! Gotta throw Len Dawson in there too.

Kennison was one of my favorite players during his time with the Chiefs. He had kind of a rocky career, but his best years were definitely in KC. Glad to see him retire as a Chief.

Great news! Eddie was a class act. J. Morton and Eddie were two of the most underated duos in league history. No Taylor and Rice but a solid tandem!!!
