[KC Chiefs.com] Today the Chiefs announced the signing of wide receiver Verran Tucker, and the release of another, David Grimes.
Tucker is an undrafted rookie who spent time in the spring with the Cowboys. He caught 50 passes in two seasons in college at Cal.
Grimes was also a rookie free agent who played in college at Notre Dame for Chiefs offensive coordinator Charlie Weis.
