I’ve been a LONG time Chief fan. I tired of being competitive and blowing it in the playoffs. I really don’t think Haley is the right coach for us. People hated on Marty ball, but we had a lot better chance of winning it with him behind the wheel. Maybe Haley will learn. Only time will tell.

Wow is right! I don’t know if Haley is going to take us to a Super Bowl or not. I do know we have improved each year since he’s been here. Yes, we’ve had an easy schedule so far this year, but we played well against two good teams on the road. Listening to the players, they’re all buying in on Haley (even Waters) and that is more important than making ChiefJ happy. I like all the ballsy calls he’s made so far, whether they worked or not. He’s telling his team he has confidence in them.
Cowher is not coming back here, he’s going to Carolina, you can write that down.

We’re having a good season. We’ll win our division and a trip to the playoffs, BUT we’ll never win a Super Bowl as long as Todd Haley is our coach. Write it down. You heard it from me first. He is an amature coach and he’ll never be anything more. We have a weak schedule that helps and he has great coordinators, but he’ll never get out of his own way. He coaches the same way I coach on Madden (the game). Who goes for it on 4th down when you are in field goal range with the lead? He made head scratching calls last year too. I remember the first game vs the Faiders, first drive, first quater around 20 yard line he goes for it on 4th down. We lost that game. He’ll keep us interested and competitive for way too long and 5 years from now, everyone will be on board with getting rid of him. Hopefully it’s sooner and Bill Cowher is available.

I think Bowe will have a long career as a WR. But I think he will be a #2 guy most of his career. Haley seems to like him, but I think he says nice things about him to give him confidence. I hope he continues to improve. The guy makes the difficult catches and drops the ones that hit him in the numbers.
I love DJ! Romeo is getting the best out of him.
