Yes it’s time for the Cassell bashers to shut up, and once upon a time I was one of them. This is only his 3rd year as a starting QB in the NFL, which is usually a make or break year for a young QB and he’s showing that he has what it takes to be good. Twice against Seattle he had pash rushers bearing down on him from behind, just steps away from killing him, and he stood strong in the pocket and fired downfield to Bowe, one of them for a TD.

Cassel is a good QB. Sorry to any one who expects Peyton Manning or Tom Brady.

Yea, I know how you feel about our QB. Even though he’s having a pretty good year (knock on wood). So I intentionally mentioned him, knowing you intentionally ommitted him. LOL.

Great article Nathan. Thanks. But you left out Cassel in your young core group list.

Bowe has been impressive lately. I don’t know what happened to him, but he sure has changed it around. Maybe he’s going to work out. He’s been good on my fantasy teams.
