[Topeka Capital-Journal] The Chiefs don’t have to declare a player’s status for a game until Friday, so they passed on making any such declarations for quarterback Matt Cassel regarding Sunday’s meeting with San Diego.
But Cassel didn’t practice today and if he doesn’t go by tomorrow, the Chiefs will have to break one of Todd Haley’s policies in order to use him against the Chargers.
”The policy is you have to have some semblance of practice,” Haley said. ”We’ll see as the week plays out exactly where we are. Right now we’ve got two days under our belt and we’ve got two more left.”
Q: Croyle…what time is it?

Lead this team like a man. When you first got the call, you had jack squat to work with along with absolutly no protection, and you took beatings a plenty. It was a wonder that you survived. 0-9 as a starter…we get it.
That was then…EVERYTHING has changed. Show your team and every Chiefs fan out there what you can do with all the right tools.
12-4 regular season is still the goal. Make it happen Brodie…we know you’ve got it.

I think the defense, offensive line and the rest of the team step up, and Brody will beat the Chargers.

I have all the faith in the world in brodie croyle from a quaterback standpoint. just not in a durability standpoint! We will prevail Go Chiefs!

Damn!!! i believe all of those outcomes are very possible!! yeah my man Croyle is very injury prone!! Shit I seen him get injured in a pre-game warm-up!!! I believe in haleys game planning though run run run short pass short pass run we can march onthese fools!!!!
