    1. You can’t say enought about how Cassell has grown into a mature NFL leader and many other bragging points about the KC offence.

However, it seems that when the defense steps up in all phases, we look the shiniest.

      Sick-em defense…GET THAT BALL!

    6. I’m sorry krazy Sain our defense is not getting better with every game we actually have not had too many big wins this season except for our first! Every team we have subsequently beat have been subpar 500 teams!! We have a hard road ahead!! I am a true Chief fan but, our secondary will get picked apart if we play new England first!!

      Comment by GenieGene — December 22, 2010 @ 7:23 am

    7. GenieGene, I agree to a certain extent. Our defense hasn’t been as consistent as I’d like, but they have a lot of potential to rise to the occasion. Shutting down Steven Jackson was pretty amazing, and keeping Bradford at bay last week was great esp on the road. Yes we have beat subpar teams, but BUF almost beat PIT and many others. We played IND and HOUSTON before they lost their players to injury. We lost to OAK who I believe will beat IND. DEN just beat our butts and SD beat Croyle led Chiefs, oh well. We aren’t great, but we are a playoff caliber team. We are going to win our next 2 games by running the ball and not giving up the big plays.

    9. When we make the playoffs our 1st game will be against a WildCard team at our stadium. So we wont be playing the Patriots the 1st game.

    10. More then likely would be the Jets at Arrowhead if the playoffs started today…And Id take that all day! Then we would travel to Pittsburgh, unless they had a huge breakdown and we finished ahead of them then we could have a 1st round bye. All things are possible, either way our 1st game will be at Arrowhead.

    11. I think M. Cassel has lighted the spark for us to make the run last Sunday @ St. Louis. He just need to hold down the fort @ Arrowhead and that’s that, who cares what San Diego is doing. Looks like We are healthy for the most part and at the right time….Come on Chiefs Lets get this winning streak going and make a deep run…….
      GO CHIEFS

    12. I’ll never forget when Chris Johnson played the drums with our band when he ran all over us two years ago. We owe him a druming this week if you know what I mean!!!
