Best player at that position left on the board. A position we needed bad and we got an extra pick too. I think it was a good pick. That was wierd how the Ravens passed on their pick. I wonder if we have to pay Baldwin 26th pick money or 27th pick money. I am concerned about his attitude and whether or not he will get along with Haley and accept his personality.

Great move by Pioli, picked up a stud receiver to go along with bowe. We picked up a 3rd round pick and only had to move back six spots. We dont really have any MAJOR needs on the team. We are getting a little bit old on the O line but when we were #1 in rushing last year, i dont know if i consider that a major need….at the moment. I think chiefs need to go Defense in the 2nd and 3rd round. We need a big time young LB to build the D around. I would also like to see them get a massive Nose tackle to stuff the middle.

It was kinda confusing but from what I understood was Baltimore ran out of time and had to pass.

What was up with Baltimore “passing” their first round pick? WHO DOES THAT? Can you imagine if The Chiefs (or any other team owning the 27th pick for that matter) and the Ravens had identical first round intentions? Even still, I would NOT want to be in baltimore scout/draft team.

This could be a great pick if two things happen. 1st, he has to rise to his full potential. 2nd, we get one of the top defensive players that have fallen in the draft such as Bowers, Paea, Houston or Ayers!

I love this pick definately an upgrade to the WR position on this team. hopefully Haley can coach him to be as good as bowe, if not better
