[KC Chiefs.com] The Chiefs announced today that cornerback Brandon Carr has signed his restricted free agent tender and was at practice this afternoon. He has started every game for the Chiefs since being drafted in the 5th round of the 2008 draft.

The Chiefs also announced the signing of unrestricted free agent safety Sabby Piscitelli. Piscitelli spent last season with Cleveland after originally entering the NFL as a 2nd round draft pick of Tampa Bay in 2007.
