[KC Chiefs.com] The Chiefs announced today that they were awarded kicker Todd Carter via a waiver claim from St. Louis and that they have signed free agent wide receiver Keary Colbert.
Carter entered the NFL as a rookie free agent and played in one game in 2010 with Carolina.
Colbert has played in 68 games, including 49 starts, with Carolina, Denver, Seattle and Detroit.
