[KC Chiefs.com] The Chiefs announced today the signing of free agent TE Anthony Becht. The team also placed LB Brandon Siler on injured reserve.

Becht originally entered the NFL as a 1st round pick of the New York Jets in the 2000 NFL Draft. He has also seen time with Tampay Bay, St. Louis, and Arizona.

Siler joined the Chiefs as a free agent this season but suffered a season ending achilles injury earlier this week.
