[KC Chiefs.com] Coach Todd Haley finally revealed one of the great mysteries of the offseason, officially naming coordinator Bill Muir as the team’s primary offensive play-caller.
Muir scripted and called plays during the preseason, said Haley, who was thought to have considerable influence on play-calling when he promoted Muir from offensive line coach earlier this year. Haley, a former coordinator with Arizona, said he would have input during the week on how the offense should be designed but would leave the offense in Muir’s hands.
