[Kansas City.com] The Chicago Bears have reached an agreement with Phil Emery to become the team’s fifth general manager in franchise history.
Emery has spent 14 seasons in the NFL, including the last three as the Chiefs’ director of college scouting.
This will be Emery’s second stint with the Bears after working as an area scout for the franchise during 1998-2004.
