[Chiefs Blog] Starting inside linebacker Jovan Belcher is a restricted free agent after the Chiefs made him a one-year contract offer today worth $1.927 million.
Belcher can sign an offer sheet with another team but the Chiefs have the right to match. If they decline, the Chiefs would receive a second-round draft pick as compensation.
Interesting! Jovan has always added good depth at MLB. Would be a decent size loss.

I wouldn’t mind seeing Curtis Lofton from ATL come to KC. That would be another great pick up for our Defense.

I found that when going to Vegas and not having much of a plan in place you bmcoee targets for all the people that work in the hotels. They say hey you want to see a show for free? And then in order to see this free show, you have to go to some sales pitch thing. For instance, they are trying to sell units in the MGM Grand, someone will stop you right on the sidewalk in front of the building and try and get you in there.Its not that fun. Try not to look too much like a tourist, don’t have a camera hanging around your neck, and just keep moving. Be ready to say no thank you often. Everybody is pitching something.So I would buy tickets on line ahead of time, or get them through your hotel.
