[KC Chiefs.com] The Chiefs announced that Travis Daniels, a back-up cornerback for the past three seasons, has re-signed. Daniels had been an unrestricted free agent.
Daniels had been the fourth cornerback, playing when the opponents floods the field with extra wide receivers. His role will likely be no different next season with Brandon Flowers and Stanford Routt as the starters and Javier Arenas as the first nickel back.
