[Kansas City.com] Cornerback Brandon Flowers has a bruised foot and didn’t practice with the Chiefs this morning but coach Romeo Crennel said Flowers wouldn’t be out of the lineup long.
“He probably will not work (in this afternoon’s practice) and we’ll treat it and rest it and then he’ll get back out there pretty soon, hopefully,’’ Crennel said.
Flowers was injured in Tuesday night’s practice. He was taken off the field and to the locker room before the end of practice.
