Assistant Coach Arrested After Incident

[Kansas City.com] Adam Zimmer, the Chiefs defensvie assistant and assistant linebackers coach, was cited Sunday night for suspected driving while intoxicated after crashing his vehicle on Ward Parkway, Kansas City police said today.

The single-vehicle accident was reported at about 9 p.m. at the intersection of Ward Parkway and Huntington Road. Police said Zimmer was the only occupant in the vehicle and no other vehicles were involved.

No other details were immediately available.
