What I would like to see in coaching format

Head Coach – Chip Kelly or Mike Belloti-Mike Bellotti’s name is seemingly popping up for every available coaching job in the nation. Bellotti was the architect for Oregon’s current success and he would come with a lot less baggage than Mike Leach.
Offensive Coordinator – AGuz Mazahlan: When you are the offensive coordinator of a national championship offense that averaged over 40 points a game, you are going to get some attention for other jobs.
Defensive Coordinator – Emmit Thomas Why: Respected secondary guru Emmitt Thomas would be a steal for any team able to convince the 69-year-old to once again take on a coordinator’s workload.

Thomas is as shrewd as any defensive coach in the game and excels at crafting aggressive and opportunistic defensive backfields.

He would bring a wealth of experience and scheme knowledge to a struggling team, and his reputation would immediately command respect.

During his time as a coordinator Thomas has shown himself to be a smart and balanced play-caller. He’s not afraid to attack and designed some great blitz packages while with the Philadelphia Eagles in the mid to late 90s.

We are starting the off season on a bad note! Crennel had to go and he knew that. However, letting Pioli hang around is unspeakable. When you hire a GM, he brings in his own head coach and that coach brings in his own people. Hiring a HC first leads to two scenarios. First, hiring an inferior GM who is willing to play with a head coach that he did’nt hire and does’nt want. Second, having a unhappy GM stay which should have been fired that wants nothing to do with his current group of coaches, players,etc. This is bad news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t think Arians will leave an OC job with Luck as QB to come to KC for an OC job with nobody. I have a feeling he’s going to get a HC job anyway. He was coach of the year in the NFL this year. I like Teo, but I think we are better at LB than we are on O-Line. Draft best OT, move Albert to OG. I think Hunt is feeling the pressure to get a big named HC.

1st Mante Teo or better yet, trade with Cleveland so that they can get him. Then the chiefs will give up 3k points for 1600 which will give the Chiefs more selections. They can still select a OT for that position Like Taylor Newlan. Second Round select Tyler Wilson as you picked also.

I would like to see

Chip Kelly and the Colts Arians as the OC, heck with that lets get Kirk Ferentz in as a Defensive Coordinator

Fire Pioli! Hire Pulian to hire Dungy as HC. I know Hunt is thinking, we have the players (5 probowlers), we just needed better leadership, but really the fans are so against Pioli, he’s got to let him go. I could see Shanahan coming in and bringing Cousins with him.

I think we draft the best OT in first round, then best QB available in second round, could be Wilson.
