[KC Chiefs.com] Chiefs linebacker Justin Houston was chosen to the AFC Pro Bowl roster Tuesday as a replacement for injured Denver linebacker Von Miller.

Houston becomes the Chiefs’ sixth Pro Bowler this season, the most for the franchise since 2005. He joins safety Eric Berry, running back Jamaal Charles, punter Dustin Colquitt and fellow linebackers Tamba Hali and Derrick Johnson.

Houston led the Chiefs with 10 sacks and finished third on the team with 66 tackles.

The Pro Bowl kicks off at 6 p.m. Sunday on CBS.

    2. It seems crazy the Chiefs now have 6 Pro Bowlers, yet were the worst team in the NFL. Players on 2-14 teams are often overlooked. Lets hope new coaching/mgmt can move this team back in the right direction! I hope the QB fairy pays us a visit soon.

    3. QB’s

Alex Smith – Do a deal with San Francisco
      Tyler Wilson – Draft
Ugh – Geno Smith – Draft

Still think sell the number one overall for extra picks – You can still pick up Smith in the 1st with a trade from 7 and down

    4. Dave,
I like Geno Smith. Watched a lot of his video. I know his bowl game sucked, but the team was going down at that point (no defense) and that was only one game. His numbers are very impressive against the same Big 12 competition that Tannehill and Weeden had the year previous. He is very accurate and has a very strong arm. Pocket passer, but can run if needed. He’s also very well spoken which makes him appear to be intelligent (English Major-unusual for a football player). Alex Smith appears to be the best Free Agent option. I would be happy to get him as well. Tyler Wilson is my second favorite QB in the draft. Be happy with him too. But I would say, get the TAM LT in the draft, sign Albert to play guard (college position) or RT and draft a QB with sencond pick. But I am not a GM, so I will trust our new team leadership no matter which route they go. I believe they will get the best QB out there because that is important to Reid. I am excited (just like the start of last year) again!
