[Kansas City.com] The Chiefs have found their next superstar.
OK, perhaps not, but a commercial in Sunday night’s Super Bowl XLVII acquainted viewers around the world with the fact that the Chiefs own the No. 1 pick in the April 25-27 NFL Draft. It also allowed Hall of Famer Deion Sanders to indulge his desire to get back in the game as a wig-wearing unknown named Leon Sandcastle.
In the spoofy spot, which aired during the third quarter, Sanders wowed team officials with a 4.2-second 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine; the commercial ended with real-life commissioner Roger Goodell uttering those words Chiefs fans are waiting for: “With the first pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select … Leon Sandcastle.” Clever. Very clever.

If Deion could play QB we would be set! haha
